I've only just discovered your blog and love it! Question, are the petals in the water just for looks, or does you poultry like to eat them? What kind of flower are they from? Either way, they look lovely. Missa ThistleDewAlpacaFarm.blogspot.com
Hi and welcome! They are rose petals and the ducks actually love them. We have rose bushes in our run and the ducks wait for the petals to fall and then eat them. That's how I got the idea to pick the petals for them and toss them in their water tubs. They really seem to enjoy them.
