Cobb Salad Frittata

For the last several months, I've been sharing an egg recipe from Kate over at Framed Cooks each Thursday.

Coincidentally, Kate started her food blog the very same year we got our first chickens - back in 2009, so we're both celebrating a decade anniversary!

Anyway, I hope you've been enjoying this "coop to kitchen" series and just wanted to let Kate introduce herself:

Hi there!  I’m Kate, and I’m a recipe writer, food photographer and devoted bacon lover.  I started Framed Cooks in 2009, and along the way my recipes have also been featured in places including Huff Post, the Today Show, BuzzFeed and Glamour.  My mission is to create and share family-friendly recipes that make cooking both easy and fun…yes, I said FUN!  My kitchen is my happy place, and I want yours to be that place too.  Let’s cook together!

This week, Kate shares her recipe for a Cobb Salad Frittata which in Kate's words, "turns the classic Cobb salad into a warm nutritious meal!
A perfect brunch or light supper when you are looking for all that scrumptious Cobb salad taste but in comfort food form."
Enjoy!
