Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Traditional pound cake calls for a pound of butter, a pound of sugar, a pound of eggs and a pound of flour.
Taking a break from tradition, this delicious twist on the classic recipe from Framed Cooks subs in warm, smooth brown sugar for the white sugar, resulting in a dark, delicious loaf.
If you've got a few fresh eggs to spare this time of year, it's definitely worth whipping up a batch of this decadent batter and pulling out your loaf pan.
Turn it into a simple elegant dessert by adding some fresh sliced berries, whipped cream, ice cream....or all three!
